Western Center Academy is proud to recognize Ms. Alyssa Torrico as this week's Staff Spotlight. Alyssa Torrico is a true gem! Which is fortunate, since she teaches at Western Center Academy near Diamond Valley Lake. Mrs. Torrico teaches 7th grade honors science and runs an interactive Spanish lab at WCA and she is a remarkable educator. She does an amazing job in the classroom and on the field coaching our middle school soccer team and running the Speedball club.
Maybe it is her strong background in biological sciences, but her energetic personality is absolutely infectious. She easily connects with students and is amazingly supportive of her fellow staff. Alyssa truly goes above and beyond, and her dedication and passion for teaching is an inspiration to us all. WCA is truly fortunate to have such a caring and exceptional teacher on staff to help us further our mission to Embrace, Educate and Empower; Every Student, Every Day.
