WCA PTSA stands for the Western Center Academy Parent Teacher Student Association.  Our purpose is to work together to engage and empower all of our students to live up to their potential.  Your membership in PTSA helps fund the programs provided to the students throughout the year.  Some of the programs supported by PTSA include the school dances, Mammoth Fest, 8th Grade Graduation, Year End Pool Party, lunches and misc events throughout the year.

PTSA has a Facebook page that you can follow to keep up on current events, ask questions, or interact with other parents.  The page is run by PTSA parents and not by any member of the WCA staff.  Like the page so our updates will show up in your newsfeed.

 

This is not an actual card that the student will receive.  This is an account the PTSA keeps so the student is able to purchase a lunch or dance ticket without needing to bring cash to school.  The student only needs to check the cash card line when turning in their order form.

 

Wondering if your Cash Credit is low?  No need to worry, we try our best to send home notices when the balance get too low.  Money can be sent in any time PTSA is on campus collecting for lunch or delivering lunch.  Just remember, the funds do not carry over to the following school year; any money left on the card at the end of the year is considered a donation to the WCA PTSA.
